Yes. I work remotely with brands abroad, in English. Briefs, stage approvals and delivery are all in writing. Türkiye is on UTC+3, which overlaps the full European working day and the US morning.
It depends on scope: the number of templates, custom sections and integrations. After a short brief I send a fixed-price quote with stages and dates. Payment is usually 50% upfront and 50% on delivery.

If you mainly need a theme, an app, a migration or technical setup, a freelance developer is usually faster and more affordable, and you talk directly to the person doing the work. If you also want photography, ad management and content from one place, an agency may suit you better.
ikas is a Türkiye-based e-commerce platform, popular with Turkish brands for its local payment, shipping and invoicing integrations. I’m a registered ikas partner and build themes and apps for it.
